That hand curling around him and stroking feels amazing after the slight teasing of before and though he won't admit it, there may be a small part of Rufus that wouldn't entirely mind if Reeve continued to tease him more, to draw it out to an extent Rufus' only thoughts would be to finish.

Yet there's no real way to express this thought without speaking, except maybe...

Challenging blue eyes look at Reeve, daring him to go ahead and try to keep it going, to go ahead and let loose as much as he wants.

Reeve of course kept looking up at Rufus as he touched the man, and was amused to see the look he'd earned. How interesting. His hand slipped free and he tilted his head.

"And what, exactly, is that look for?"

"What do you think it's for?" Rufus smirks a bit, doubling down on the challenge by not giving a straight answer.

"Maybe I should stop touching you, until you speak," Reeve smiled, eyes flashing with delight.

"That's entirely up to you." Yet the small almost purr in Rufus' voice, and a tone Reeve knows by now as interest, will tell the man he's certainly getting the hint the ex-president is delivering.

Perfect. Reeve smiled, reaching down to replace the vibrator. Clearly Rufus needed more time being teased before they move on.

"Maybe I should have made a machine to play with you."

Another arch greets the replacement of the vibrator, likely unsurprising to Reeve by this time, but the little hiss from the blond is probably quite unexpected, as well as the almost pouting and whining sound in his voice as he responds to that remark.

"Machines are no fun, though. I like your touch much better."

"Oh?" Reeve asked. A voiced opinion. "Well, I suppose I could please you that way? Should I press my fingers into you, drive you mad with them alone?"

The offer isn't entirely expected, Rufus half having expected Reeve to shush him, but as the man seems to have taken the pout in stride and even responded to it, he'll receive his answer. Though the answer is joined with a little bit more of Rufus' usual ego.

"If you think you can."

Oh now that was too much sass. Reeve smirked and placed his hand over Rufus's mouth.

"Well clearly you can't be trusted with speaking privileges."

Still, his fingers did reach between Rufus's legs to start pulling the vibrator free again. ONly his fingers? Oh the things he could do.

Did Rufus ever truly need his voice, though? Reeve should know by now he was quite expressive. If he didn't, the mischief in his eyes would remind the man, even as Rufus holds still to let Reeve do what he will.

Oh what a menace this man is to him. And Reeve loved it. His fingers pressed in to the space that the vibrator had once been.

"I wonder how long I can have you in my attentions before a Turk complains that I've monopolized you too much.

With his mouth covered, Rufus can't remind Reeve that they have the whole night to themselves. Not that the man needed it, as the blond was almost entirely sure that the statement was merely that; something stated which needed no answering.

No, the only thing that needed any form of response right now were those fingers, Rufus offering a pleased sound at the feeling of them replacing the vibrator, eyes still watching Reeve and waiting to see what he would do.

To feel Rufus like this was a temptation all its own. A reminder of how warm and willign his body could be. But that was for later. Not too much later, but later. Reeve began to pump his fingers, smiling at Rufus.

"You're so kind, to allow me this freedom with the sweetness of your body.

Rufus wouldn't resist those fingers, but he wouldn't help either, shifting about in such a way as to keep Reeve from easily finding his prostate if the man were to be searching for it. No need to make this easy, after all, or even very fast.

"Oh you really are trouble," Reeve noted, his fingers slipping free. "I'm tempted to tie your legs down."

Another smile arises from that remark, and another challenge. If Rufus were speaking, Reeve might be able to imagine from his look that he is saying "you're not doing very good, for a Master."

Really? That expression earned a quick, sharp smack to Rufus's thigh with his free hand. Don't test him.

"It's amazing how effective you are at sass without saying a word."

The smack earns a mixture of a gasp and a chuckle, the blond obviously very much enjoying the ability to test his boundaries, as well as Reeve's; especially after all the time they had been forced to spend apart.

Too much time spent apart, that was definitely true. But there wasn't much to be done about the past. Only about the future.

"Keep playing like that and I might just leave you here, unsatisfied, and go see if I can't lure someone else to play."

This time Rufus can't help but laugh outright at the threat, shifting so he can speak what comes to mind at the threat, fairly sure Reeve will get the joke considering it's passed between them before.

"Like who? If it's Tseng, I'll approve."

"Tseng would never allow it and we both know it," Reeve countered, rolling his eyes. "Reno, though..."

Reno he's sure he could talk into it easily.

"You'd never keep a straight face if you invited Reno." Both of them knew Reeve had seen as much of Reno as anyone else in the office, and what he had seen was more than enough. No way Reeve could ever think seriously of engaging with Reno sexually without making faces. "So next threat?"

"Who said a straight face was needed?" Reeve asks, making his slow way for the door.

It seemed Reeve was going to be difficult and try to freak Rufus out by continuing to move. Likely he thought it would really bother the heir of Shinra, forgetting that Rufus was from time to time eerily calm about things that might normally bother someone else - and right now was one of those times.

Which means whatever Reeve expects, he'll only get a small chuckle from the blond-haired man. "Oh, I'd love to see you actually manage this. Even if you had the guts to ask Reno, he'd say no. His interest in no way lies with me."
