Another smile arises from that remark, and another challenge. If Rufus were speaking, Reeve might be able to imagine from his look that he is saying "you're not doing very good, for a Master."

Really? That expression earned a quick, sharp smack to Rufus's thigh with his free hand. Don't test him.

"It's amazing how effective you are at sass without saying a word."

The smack earns a mixture of a gasp and a chuckle, the blond obviously very much enjoying the ability to test his boundaries, as well as Reeve's; especially after all the time they had been forced to spend apart.

Too much time spent apart, that was definitely true. But there wasn't much to be done about the past. Only about the future.

"Keep playing like that and I might just leave you here, unsatisfied, and go see if I can't lure someone else to play."

This time Rufus can't help but laugh outright at the threat, shifting so he can speak what comes to mind at the threat, fairly sure Reeve will get the joke considering it's passed between them before.

"Like who? If it's Tseng, I'll approve."

"Tseng would never allow it and we both know it," Reeve countered, rolling his eyes. "Reno, though..."

Reno he's sure he could talk into it easily.

"You'd never keep a straight face if you invited Reno." Both of them knew Reeve had seen as much of Reno as anyone else in the office, and what he had seen was more than enough. No way Reeve could ever think seriously of engaging with Reno sexually without making faces. "So next threat?"

"Who said a straight face was needed?" Reeve asks, making his slow way for the door.

It seemed Reeve was going to be difficult and try to freak Rufus out by continuing to move. Likely he thought it would really bother the heir of Shinra, forgetting that Rufus was from time to time eerily calm about things that might normally bother someone else - and right now was one of those times.

Which means whatever Reeve expects, he'll only get a small chuckle from the blond-haired man. "Oh, I'd love to see you actually manage this. Even if you had the guts to ask Reno, he'd say no. His interest in no way lies with me."

Well that was frustrating. Reeve paused to pout and then shook his head.

"You spoil my fun, young man. I'm so much older, I may not have many more years of enjoyment in me."

Whether Rufus is laughing at the pout or the words, he's sure it won't matter to Reeve and the destruction it causes his fun. Nor will Rufus' own words help matters, challenging as they are.

"Oh, I'm sure you've got plenty of enjoyment left. You just need to remember you're challenging a scheming brat who loves to out think his enemies... Or lovers in this case. I mean, what's the fun in a game if the other party isn't trying?'

"You're just such a pest," Reeve answered before moving to straddle Rufus, his fingers gliding down over the other man's chest. "Maybe I should just fuck you and be done with it."

"I've heard that I can be, yes." Rufus chuckles softly, well aware 'pest' is on the more innocent scale of what he's been called, even likely by Reeve before. Focusing on those hands on his chest and the man now straddling him, Rufus just grins softly. "Go ahead if you want. Since I've spoiled all your threats."

"I want," Reeve said. He just really wanted this now, he'd worked himself up in toying with Rufus.

"But I want you on your hands and knees. Which means releasing you. WIll you behave?"

"I suppose I could." Rufus knows the smirk that remains on his face could potentially gain a huff or a frown from Reeve, but he can't help it remaining there, nor his selection of words. "But only if you promise to make it good."

"Damn pest," Reeve hissed before going about releasing Rufus.

"Just behave if you want to feel this."

Rufus chuckles softly at Reeve's words, waiting patiently to be freed from his bindings. He'll move to give Reeve a small kiss before asking a simple question. "Here on the bed or on the floor?"

On the floor? Oh dear, that's fun to consider.

"Do you really want the rug rash, dearest?"

"Not really." Rufus acknowledges with a chuckle, before giving Reeve a grin. "But potions are good for things like rug burn, don't you think?"

"They can be," Reeve laughed in delight. What a man, to suggest things like that. "And I suppose your men would see to it that you were healed."

"Of course they would." There'd be a few brows raised, perhaps an unspoken comment or two from Reno, but the Turks would certainly make sure their boss was healed before he had to do anything else in public. "If you're worried though, we can stay right here on the bed."

Well, it is what it is. Reeve considers and then smiles, moving away from Rufus to consider the floor. When he had made up his mind he nodded and retured to Rufus.

"Come on then, let's get you settled where I need you."

Rufus just watches with a hint of amusement as Reeve seems to contemplate everything, before responding to his words with a smile as he carefully moves off the bed and looks at the architect expectantly.

"This agreeability will bite me in the ass sooner or later," Reeve notes before taking the man by his wrists and guiding him to where he wants the younger man. "Lay down here. On your back. I want to see your smart mouth."

Rufus just chuckles again at the initial remark. Considering their personalities, it is absolutely likely that this entire situation will be reversed at some point or another; all depending on Rufus' mood and Reeve's amiability.

For now though, Reeve is at least mostly in charge and Rufus will follow his instructions, even if it comes with a smirk at the latter remark.
