[ he makes a face and turns his head just a little when reeve kisses him, but doesn't well and truly turn away from the gesture. might as well let him, if this is supposed to be part of the whole... whatever the hell it is he's talking about. besides, he's kind of got a headache anyway, might as well kiss it better. he just hmphs and follows after him as they go to leave. ]

You're not gonna start calling me some adorable pet name and shit, are you?

What motivation would I ever have for that? You'd likely bite me. With the intention of bleeding me.

[And he'd not appreciate that particular thing.]

Do you need anything from your office?

[electroburst]

I won't bite you again... 'less you ask.

[ is that, like, the thing? that's the kink, right? who knows. he's just grasping at straws here. ]

Nah, I'm good.

Very kind of you.

[Reeve moves them to the express executive elevator and fully intends to ride that down to his car.]

From my experience, quite good.

Wha-? Shut up! You weren't that into it.

[ at least it got a smirk out of him, crooked and sarcastic though it is. ]

Perhaps, but one must applaud skill where it occurs.

[He keeps a straight face though.]

Come now, you know that skill is always meant to be rewarded.

You really don't gotta flatter me. I'll take a reward, though, yeah.

[plate_builder]

[Well, that reward will come in the future, so he doesn't see a need to explaining it now. Just enjoys the cheerful ding of the elevator and steps onto it.]

Now I have to wonder if you've eaten yet. I could order some food.

Uh... not since lunch. You don't got to order anything, beer and chips is fine.

[ that's what he usually eats when he goes home. or whatever crap is in the fridge. or he orders out, but not if he's going to be, y'know, busy. busy-busy. like sexy busy. ]

[Oh, he'll order something.]

Given my plans, Reno, you'll want to be fed.

[And he's got many plans, or so the slight smirk as they ride the elevator down says. Room service should be able to provide. Or he can stop somewhere on the way to pick something up.]

Uh huh...?

[ well, now you've got him interested. he tilts his head curiously, lips quirking a little at the look on reeve's face. plans? does he really think it's going to be that good? ]

Alright, if you say so. Seems like a lot of trouble to go to.

[Of course it is, but that is who Reeve is. Soon the elevator is in the parking garage and Reeve moves along, expecting Reno to follow.]

I told you, I had much to talk about.

[He doesn't intend to talk.]

[ reno follows, a little more at ease. well, at least up until the talking comment. talking, eating... sounds like a whole lot of build-up to something he already isn't too sure is going to be worth doing. but he's made his mind up and he's seeing it through. again, the worst that happens is he finally gets this all out of his system once and for all and never needs to bother reeve ever again. ]

I can hardly wait.

[Reeve leads them to a very understated little sedan and gets in, but only after putting his things in the back.]

Patience doesn't seem your virtue. How about carry out italian?

[electroburst]

[ getting in the passenger seat, glancing around. go figure reeve would go with the "nothing fancy" model. even reno, who doesn't give a damn about cars, has a fancier car than this. ]

Sounds good. Go heavy on the carbs.

[Reno uses the car as more than a point a to point b thing.]

You'll need the energy.

[electroburst]

You're really giving me the runaround on what to expect here! It'll be that good, huh?

[ it's not all necessarily skepticism in his voice by this point now, either. he actually sounds a little eager. ]

[Reeve chuckles and drives them out, slowly. He's a cautious driver. But he nods to himself. And makes a beeline, so to speak, for his favorite restaurant.]

Besides, it's good for breakfast as well, leftovers are useful.

[electroburst]

[ snorting. he didn't mean the food, but alright, be cagey. he's just gonna roll the window down and smoke, don't bother trying to stop him. ]

Not gonna argue.

[Reeve won't bother to try. He drives carefully and patiently, and stops them at a nearby restaurant, ordering a rather good amount of pasta and rolls and other things. A good dinner for them both. Then he's back on the road. But they don't go far. Instead of heading for where Reno should know Reeve's apartment is, he pulls into a local, moderate quality hotel. And gets out of the car with the food.]

[ reno catches on pretty much instantly that they aren't going to reeve's place, but he doesn't bother saying anything about it. if it were him, he wouldn't want reeve at his place, either. but then again, he doesn't want anyone at his place. he barely ever even has rude over there. and he certainly wouldn't be having reeve over for... whatever the hell this is they're about to do. he just follows along and resists the urge to check his phone. don't want to look too bored already. ]

[Boredom is fine. Reeve takes some time to pay for a quality room and once the key is in hand he guides Reno to the elevator. And still Reeve stays silent. It's nice, having this control for a moment. When the elevator releases them he heads down the hall briskly and unlocks the door.

He takes his coat off and tosses it over a chair, putting the food down before looking to reno.]

Come here. And take off your coat.

[electroburst]

Alright, alright. Geez.

[ shrugging his jacket off—lest we forget he completely destroyed his shirt already, so it hangs open without the jacket to cover him, missing nearly all its buttons. true to form, he doesn't offer it out to be hung up or set anywhere, just flings it wherever he feels like. ]

[Reeve isn't even going to chide him for that. Instead he moves forward, meeting Reno part way. His fingers slip inside the shirt, moving smoothly over the lithe form before him. Strong, wiry, dangerous. Almost his thing, but definitely not quite there. Doesn't matter. Tonight isn't about his thing. It's about teaching. Which is why he leans in, whispering into Reno's ear as he pulls the other man against him.]

Tell me, Reno, have you ever tested the limits of your body? How long you can go, how much you can experience before your body surrenders? How high the pleasure can be built, how long it can be dragged out, how long you can hover so close to the edge without failing over? Have you ever let someone work you to that point before finally, thankfully, guiding you over it?

[electroburst]

[ oh, yeah? thought they were eating. Reno's eyebrows raise, but he isn't protesting this one little bit. he shifts into Reeve's touch right away, leaning in when he pulls him close. his answer is murmured into Reeve's ear in turn, but his tone is hardly seductive. ]

Can't say that I ever bothered, no. Never felt like wasting my time.
