Well, that was something he could agree to. More or less.

Reeve leaned in, his lips just short of brushing against the man's ear. Only then does he start to speak, voice lower.

"I worry about what you'll do if you hear me."

Reeve seemed to agree to a lot of Rufus' whims when it came to them being intimate, and there was no way the blond was going to complain about it, rather enjoying the faint bit of spoiling he got.

Especially when it was something like this. Something small and not entirely physical, but stimlating nonetheless.

Stimulating enough to earn a shiver from Rufus and a small, pleased sound as well, before he laughs softly and shifts back to look Reeve in the eye.

"You know, I suppose I should be glad you never purposefully used thag voice against me in the past to get your way; it may just have worked."

Well, Reeve would appreciate that, quite a bit. He does smile, though, pleased by this idea. But he doesn't think he'd use it like that.

"Honestly," he says, his voice still low, "I think I'd rather talk about more pleasant things. Like what it would be like to eat sushi off your skin."

"Oh, you want me to be a plate, huh?" Rufus smirks, laughter in his eyes as he enjoys that low rumble some more. "Should I be worried what sort of things you've been 'reading' while we were apart?"

"They have restaurants for that in Wutai. Yuffie took me, before the Stigma took up such force that they shut their borders," Reeve admits.

He was pretty sure she was trying to get him laid. Asshole.

"She did, huh?" Somehow that is even more amusing to Rufus than the idea that Reeve was reading through some dirty magazine, and he can't help but tease. "And how was it? Any lovely men there, or were you stick with girls because Yuffie doesn't know you like men?"

"I left," Reeve admits with a blush. Because he didn't know how to live with such a... display. Which made him feel awkward. Very awkward.

"Hmm." Rufus kisses Reeve a little. "So you like the idea, if it is me, huh?v

"I think I'd like the excuse to have my tongue on you," Reeve grins, tilting his head to consider the other.

Rufus shakes his head with a laugh. "Well... I'll consider it for my usual price when it comes to these things."

"Of course you would, my sweet," Reeve laughs, moving to kiss the young man's neck. "And you'd make it all taste so... so sweet."

Rufus laughs softly. When did he ever miss a chance to finegle a kiss out of Reeve? Honestly, he would be content with only that if it was all that was available, but he's glad it's not.

"Mm, doubtful." He shifts his head to give Reeve more access to his neck. "But if you want to try, we can. Just have to bathe again later."

"Doubtful indeed," Reeve agrees, nibbling at the sink. "And I am hungry. So perhaps we should just have sushi and revisit the idea of human plate Rufus at another date."

"We can order up some whipped cream later? That would be sweet." He chuckles, making a pleased sound at the nibble. "Should we eat, then? Save this for later."

Sweet, funny. Reeve smiles and nods. "We should do that. Whipped cream. Saving. All of that."

With that he taps the man's hip. Clearly Rufus should get his own seat.

"Alright." He gives Reeve a grin as he slides off his lap. "Let's get some food in our bellies."

Reeve hates the loss of warmth, but he accepts it as Rufus goes. His hand does stroke the man's hip before turning to his food.

"Food in bellies sounds good."

Rufus chuckles at the touch, but is for now behaving himself, moving to sit across from Reeve and grab himself some of the food sitting on the table, truthfully glad for a change from the meals generally made by the Turks over the last year or so.

"I haven't had sushi in quite some time."

His hand reached out for chopsticks. With that he takes a bite of a likely piece and hums in delight. Good food. Very good food.

"I miss it too. Tseng taught me to appreciate it, a while ago."

"Did he?" Rufus looks curious. "I had it when I was pretty young. Thankfully had a taste for it."

"Tseng has often felt the best way to foster understanding is slowly," he says, his voice soft. Or so Tseng had told him when Reeve was new to all of this.

"Sounds like him." Rufus smiles, and it's a fond one Reeve probably only sees with discussions of Turks and himself. "Then again, he likes to take most things slowly. Give himself time to make sure it is done right."

"He helped get you right."

ANd Reeve approved.

"Reeve..." He looks like he wants to laugh so hard, but manages to keep a straight face as he speaks. "If you think I'm "right" I have a bridge to sell you."

"You're closer to right now than you were before," Reeve counters.

And he knows you have no bridges. Don't be silly.
