"Could have fooled me." Rufus chuckles, considering the fact Reeve chose the collar for him to wear; although he is fairly sure Reeve means for himself, though he doesn't vocalize any if this and just waits on the man patiently for now.

"I try not to fool people," he admits, before moving away from his younger lover. "I'll go change. You'll wait for me?"

"Of course." Rufus chuckles, and seems content to just stay where he is. Although Reeve will find this isn't the case when he finally returns, as Rufus has brought out a few of their favorite toys, as well as some serious bindings; obviously he remembers Reeve has mentioned such things before.

Oh yes. Those... Reeve definitely likes the look of this. All the nervousness and some of the shame of dressing up like this is is replaced with simple arousal.

"All of those?"

Rufus raises a brow at the question, keeping the most serious of looks on his face, despite the devilish gleam in his eyes. "Perhaps not all. I do imagine sleep might become a factor, or at least rest, at some point in time... so perhaps we won't have time to use them all, but we can see how many we can get through."

"You always were the sort for lofty ambitions. And who am I to judge," Reeve admits with a roll of his shoudlers before moving to sit on the edge of the bed. "Don't let me hold you back. Please. I'm yours to do with as you wish."

Rufus just smiles at Reeve, moving over to the bed to lean in and kiss him, chuckling softly as he pulls back. "You enjoy such lofty goals as this, and don't deny it. Now..."

He draws back slowly, stroking Reeve's cheek. "Anything else we should discuss before I see about fulfilling some of your fantasies?"

"Reno's name is my safe word?" Reeve suggests, leaning into the touch at his cheek. "And I definitely have your goals in mind."

"I beleive that was the decision, yes." Rufus moves to start sifting through the items he brought, seeming to take his time deciding on something, before he grabs up a pair of cuffs designed not to chafe. "Let's start simply, shall we? Put your hands behind your back, Reeve."

Oh, it may be simple but Reeve licks his lips as he considers the cuffs. He swallows hard as he turns around, putting his hands behind his back for Rufus.

"Simple is good. The classics never disappoint."

"It also gives you a chance to run." Rufus teases as he fastens the cuffs securely around Reeve's wrists, before sliding on the bed behind him and leaning over to nip lightly at one of the man's ear.

Who would run? Reeve moans and shivers at the drag of teeth, squirming next to Rufus.

“I’d much rather be pinned.”

"Hmm, no." Rufus bites a bit sharper at the spot he just had, bringing his hand up to grasp the back of Reeve's neck. "I haven't figured out everything I want to do to you yet, Reeve, but I know I am giving all the orders tonight and am not just giving you what you want. Understand?"

Rude. But exactly what he wanted. Reeve would nod, but between teeth and the mouth, he can't really run the risk of moving.

"I understand. And I'll obey."

Rufus seems content to keep Reeve there, nipping and licking at the ear he had not attended to yet, focusing there for a few moments and finding all the spots he knows Reeve likes; although he knows better than to tease too long. There is too much he wants to do, and not enough hours in the night.

So with a final sharp bite at Reeve's ear, Rufus shifts his hand and scratches it down the skin it was just holding, before purring into his ear. "Stand up, Reeve, and let me examine your outfit, would you?"

The attention to his ears leaves him shivering and moaning. It's amazing. This is beyond amazing. This is beautiful. It's intense. And he might just be able to get off if he was just subjected to Rufus exploring his body. But he takes a deep breath and nods, waiting for Rufus to move away so he can stand.

"I hope you like it."

He does look a bit shy over the frilly white lace and ruffles of the panties.

Thankfully for Reeve, Rufus is not in the mood to pick on the man about the choice in attire. After all, he had put it in the bag for a reason, and that shy look he is receiving from the dark-haired man makes the choice so worth it; not everyday one can get such a look from the head of the WRO.

So forgive him if he takes a moment to enjoy it, letting his eyes skim over Reeve's face and body as if it is the first time - which, in a way, it is. And if it makes him more uncomfortable, then so be it.

Still, even the most patient can only last so long, and Rufus now has an idea of what course to go for the time being, and he is giving another command to earn more of a blush. "Reeve, give me a show; maybe a dance? Or, perhaps you can touch yourself for a while?"

Dancing? Yeah, Reeve is not capable of dancing. But he does nod and sit back down on the edge of the bed, a hand sliding down his stomach to start stroking himself, just a little, over himself through the panties.

Rufus shifts, still on the bed himself, so he can watch Reeve with a very satisfied smile on his face. Obviously, he finds this quite amusing and is making sure he has it all in mind for a later time when Reeve is busy and he needs some fodder.

"Any, uh, requests sir?"

What? It seems appropriate in the situation to say it. Which of course only gives him another thing to think about, which is how nice it would be to get Rufus spread over a desk, or to ride the younger man while they were in a nice office chair. He's terrible. He loves it.

He closes his eyes and bites his lip, hips rocking forward as he traces the outline of himself through the thin material. It's an interesting sensation, cool and hot at the same time, and so soft against his skin.

"I think... I almost get why guys wear these sometimes."

Should he be amused by the question and how it is phrased, or amused by Reeve saying he knows why men might like some silk and lace? Maybe both is completely ok?

As to an answer for Reeve's question, Rufus meets it with a chuckle as he leans over to kiss the man's cheek. "Just keep stroking..."

Who is he to say no? He nods a little to confirm he heard what he was told and he puts a bit more effort into stroking himself. And still through the material because of the interesting sensation.

Rufus smiles a bit, keeping blue eyes focused on Reeve's hands as he shifts to kiss the man's neck gently, obviously intent on making it a bit more difficult on Reeve to concentrate, though this is obviously not the only thing planned to distract as he speaks.

"So, what do you think, Reeve? Should I wait till you are quite erect to use the handcuffs, followed by seeing if I can cause pain enough to make you climax without much more in the way of touch? Or would that be too extreme?"

"I think... you should try," Reeve agrees, swallowing hard. Because this is so good. He wants to try. Hasn't had someone make use of him in a long time.

Rufus seems more than pleased with the response, though it may not be visible to Reeve, and sinks his teeth in where he was kissing a moment before, and leans onto Reeve enough that he can reach around and slowly slide his hands down the other man's chest, pausing a moment to pinch his nipples, before proceeding lower.
