"Your hand," Reeve says almost immediately. The same thing that had brought him the hot sting of pain should be there to provide the sweet balm of pleasure. It made sense to Reeve at least.

But with the man teasing him, something worries him. Would Rufus really give him what he asked for?

Even Rufus knew better than to push someone too hard in such a situation as this. Pain and pleasure worked well together simply because they were a mix, not because one or the other was taken too far.

So Reeve is lucky, and Rufus is reaching down to dance light fingers over the clothed erection, just a little teasing he can't help, before he begins to stroke firmly, smirking down at Reeve.

Even the light teasing is welcome, Reeve's hips immediately pressing up as he strives for attention from his lover. But he doesn't beg. Not yet. Not right now. Later he might, for the fun of it. They both know that it just wouldn't be Rufus if a smirk didn't eventually find its way to the man's face. By now, it was just a habit that would likely never be broken, although at least with Reeve, it was no longer solely to annoy or to pretend the blond was better than others; that it was the former now was merely due to theor positions and the activity they were involved in.

It didn't change much, though. Rufus was busy finding a rhythym over the soaked cloth, not yet ready to give Reeve skin-to-skin contact when it came to the place he wanted it most, although the younger man happily granted it on another area as he leaned down to nip Reeve's ear just gently, before purring a question into it softly.

"Is this better for you?"

This is its own form of torture that leaves Reeve biting his lip and trying not to sob. No, he resolves. He won't beg. Won't beg. Don't beg.

"Yes," he manages to get out as he grinds against Rufus's hand. And tries not to moan at each and every nip at his ear. Damn the younger man is quite talented.

Rufus hums, pleased, and grips through the panties for just a moment, before releasing and beginning to stroke again. He has no intent to move beyond this quickly.

"Please," Reeve pants as he thrusts against that hand. "I can barely feel your hand."

"Poor baby." The sarcasm drips from his words, though it is tempered with a fleck of amusement. "What would you like me to do?

Oh, he's good at this, he's so good at this. Which only makes it that much better that Rufus doesn't seem to care to rush it.

"Touch me, Rufus. Please, really touch me.

"I am touching you, Mr. Tuesti." Rufus chuckles softly, and for a moment makes it seem like he will continue to tease and draw this out. Yet the hand sliding into the panties show he at least isn't drawing it out, though his words remain teasing. "Or do you mean touching more like this?"

Reeve's voice almost breaks during the moan he legs out when Rufus touches him skin to skin.

Rufus hums softly, beginning to slowly stroke, teasing one more time before he ups his speed and strength.

What a horrid man, teasing like that. Luckily it doesn't hold Reeve back very long in the whole process. Instead he just starts thrusting into that hand and within no more than a handful he's moaning and spilling all over the sheets. Oh what a mess.

"Rufus," he moans, shivering. "That was... amazing."

The teasing was, quite unfortunately, not just for Reeve; Rufus would never be able to break that bratty side of himself that loved to poke and prod at people. In a way, he supposed it was good that Reeve liked teasing (he'd ignore that he often returned it), as it gave him an outlet that wasn't just the Turks. "Glad you enjoyed it." Rufus leans over to kiss Reeve's ear gently, before slowly nibbling at it. "I'm tempted to keep you handcuffed though. It's quite a nice look for you."

Well, talk about a way to get Reeve to groan, even though he was so recently spent. What an idea.

"You'd really use me that way, Mister President?"

"Are you complaining?" Rufus chuckles a little, the sort of chuckle he gives when he's being playful rather than plotting, as he leans over to kiss the other man gently. "Besides, wouldn't it be something rather different for you not to have to do any work for a night?"

"No sir, Mister President," Reeve says quickly. He wouldn't imagine complaining when Rufus was doing so much for him.

But yes, not having to do anything all night would be interesting. Just lying back and letting his lover use him as he saw fit.

"Yeah. That's... Yeah."

"Good. I don't want complaints tonight." Again giving Reeve a kiss, this time a little bit deeper than the one before, before he draws back to begin removing the panties Reeve had been wearing this whole time. "Want me to clean you up after I dump these somewhere? Or should I just see how long it takes to get you ready to go again?"

Cleaning? Who needs cleaning. Reeve doesn't care if he ever sees the things again in his life. So he shakes his head. No on the cleaning.

"See how long it takes."

"Mmm." It seems to be an acknowledgment to Reeve's preference, even as Rufus stands to go find somewhere to throw away the used garment for the moment, returning after a short time to climb on the bed and straddle Reeve. "Now..."

The blond smiles, and stops talking, leaning to give Reeve another little kiss before he begins to just gently move his hands over the man's chest. Let him rest a moment seems to be the idea Rufus has, while also keeping up some skin-to-skin contact.

He'll only start to touch elsewhere after a minute or two of this, scratching gently at Reeve's pectorals, down to his abdomen, then up his side; making sure to put enough force the other man can feel it without it tickling, but not enough to leave much of a mark.

It's a frustrating level of contact, actually. One that drives Reeve right up the wall. His body yearns to buck up against each scratch and press of skin against his own. In fact, the way he squirms speaks to how had it is for him to not do just that. But there is a concern, perhaps a fair one, that were he to react in such a manner, he'd lose the attention entirely.

At the same time, his body half wanted to pull away, still so very sensitive from his recent orgasm.

"You're beautiful like this," he can't help but say. Rufus, just taking charge is perhaps the best thing ever.

"Hm? Like what?" The squirming is rather nice, and maybe because he knows what is bringing it about, those soft, annoying touches continue for a time longer.

When they do stop, even as Reeve is probably giving either an answer or no response, the younger man scratches roughly down Reeve's side, making sure to leave red marks.

"Commanding," Reeve answers, and he fasps as he does so, because one touch just presses perfectly against a sensitive spot.

But then the scratch comes, and he's yelping, because what a sensation.

"Rufus!" he calls out, mostly because it feels so good.

Rufus grins at Reeve with a look of 'yes?' at the call of his name, so intent on Reeve he noticed that little gasp before his nails scratched the older man, and is quickly looking for the spot that brought it about.

He isn't going to bother with a response. He's been given permission to be a little bit of an asshole tonight and he is going to enjoy every moment of it.

He really is a good asshole, in the best way, and Reeve loves it. The abuse of his body, and the reminder that Rufus was doing this for him, it was amazing and he was already hardening again. He hadn't managed this much in so little time in a very long time. But he moves to make sure that the scratch near his ribs would occur again.
