Reeve can't help the sharp inhalation when Rufus licks, it's friction and it's wet and it's nowhere near enough to be counted as something serious. What it is, really, is teasing. Under many circumstances he can allow for that, revels in it. Right now what it's doing is denying him far more satisfying touches. But then there's a hand sliding against him too and his eyes slide closed for a moment to just savor that. No moaning, not yet. Reeve isn't that easy to draw noises from very often.

"Well?" Reeve just about growls, "is that all? You don't look as pretty against blue as you might think."

"Mmmm?" He makes sure to him this while he's still where he is, maybe dipping a little so that Reeve can feel it, before drawing back. "So we should get rid of the blue, then?"

Thankfully for Reeve, the suggestion is just more teasing, Rufus' hands already moving to draw down Reeve's underwear, draw out what's hiding beneath, and, perhaps recalling what Reeve had said about eyes, blue ones shift to look at the man as Rufus licks slowly upward.

And those eyes, as well as the fact Rufus only continues to lick slowly along Reeve's shaft, seem to dare him to try and take control of the situation.

Slowly? Slowly? Oh the audacity of the man. How in the world can he think this is satisfying? Except, he knows it is. Chances are someone has done something like this to Rufus before, and he knows how wonderful it can be to have it drawn out, a slow tease that drives you up the wall. His hands are currently busy clawing a bit at the bed from even this much attention. It's been far too long. Years, actually. Which makes this a bit more of a balancing act, now doesn't it? Too much too soon, and he won't be there to enjoy the main course. Appetizers are good, but you shouldn't fill up on them.

But a challenge? A dare? They are here because of a dare. They are here for the challenge.

There is a brief flash of not wanting to be like those who had used him in the past, but really? Rufus wants him. Rufus suggested it more than once. Rufus is agreeing of his own free will. And for that...?

A hand comes up from the bed and reaches out to grip Rufus's hair tightly.

"Did we come here to tease, Rufus? If you want to drive me crazy, teasing me for hours, there's next time."

Where has the implication of next time come from? Reeve doesn't know. Doesn't care.

"I want your mouth being used. That means lips and that hot, wet mouth of yours."

There's still no worry about Reeve being anything like those men. Rufus has too much control of the situation for that, and any control Reeve has is being given to him. Rufus is even content to ignore 'next time,' though it may be brought up later.

He shifts for a better angle, fully on his knees now, where he had been sitting more on his legs before. He gives another little lick, this time right over the head, before beginning to bring Reeve into his mouth.

Rufus here pauses, perhaps getting used to whatever length and girth the other man might have, before beginning an altering rhythm of simply bobbing his head and making sure his tongue is wrapping warm skin as he bobs; he will make sure Reeve can't say he has no skill.

Oh, there is definitely skill there, and Reeve welcomes it, with hardly a sound beyond heavy breathing. There is a lot more happening, though, his fingers clenching and unclenching in Rufus's hair. For right now he's not ready to exert much control. Better to start by enjoying the shiver in his body, the heat in his legs, the rolls of pleasure through his body. Give him a few moments to just revel in sensation for sensation's sake.

Of course that can't hold for long. Too much to enjoy here, and there is something wonderful in watching this. But as he said, he had a vision before of how he'd use that mouth, and it's probably time to get to that. Which means his fingers gripping tighter to still Rufus's bobbing. Holds him there and smirks at the beauty of the moment and then shifts his legs enough to get better leverage to start rocking into Rufus's mouth himself. Tries not to go much deeper than Rufus had, not yet. Get built up to that to make sure he doesn't ruin hearing that voice moaning later.

"Use your tongue," he growls as he thrusts. "I know you can."

He stops when he's prompted to, looking up to Reeve to judge what the man may be up to. Not that he has a great deal of time to wonder, as the man makes it very clear just moments later. Yet there's a small moment of uncertainty at the growl and the words, which seemingly disappears as Rufus raises a hand to brush it across the hand Reeve isn't using.

The look gone, Rufus works to match his tongue to those thrusts, making sure that each time Reeve is thrusting in, his tongue is wrapping; and as Reeve draws out, he's making sure it's drawing along flatly, curling to give the head some attention.

It doesn't take long before Reeve pulls Rufus off of him. Instead of gripping the man's hair he instead lets his hand slide down to curl around Rufus's chin. For a moment he just looks, appreciating the redness of his lips, and then he pulls Rufus back up to kiss him. Lighter, gentler than before, but brief as well. Somehow that particular form of roughness that he enjoys normally isn't doing it for him. No, there's something else he wants, and he knows he shouldn't, but he wants it anyway.

"Is it wrong that I'd rather see you on your back, writhing as I go down on you until you're spent? To have one of your legs over my shoulder, to feel it shaking against my skin? Because frankly, Rufus, I want to see your beauty utterly unraveled, rather than dominated. I want to watch your hands clawing at the sheets, or feel them in my hair to anchor you in the act."

Rufus isn't his usual, and maybe he doesn't want Rufus in his usual way.

"Maybe I want to be kneeling as you stand over me, enjoying the one way you'll ever have power over me."

Rufus stands with Reeve's suggestion, preparing for a longer kiss than he receives, a deeper one, and something far different than the words he receives. Words that actually cause him to pull back from Reeve, his head ducking quickly; hoping like hell the other man didn't see the flush on his face.

Truly, he's trying to deny Reeve the glory of having made his face that red?

"Let me," Reeve asks, his voice soft and intense. He means this, every word. Every last word. "Surely you'd like for a man to worship you? I imagine it would be wonderfully dressing onto your ego. Rufus, you've got an older man here, begging to worship your body. Do you want that?"

Then his smile widens, challenging and clearly trying to be a bit provocative. "Or would you prefer for me to leave you there, on your knees, while I tell you exactly how I'd do it. Step. By. Detailed. Step."

The end just has him taking a long pause with each word, letting it hang heavy in the air.

"I've already had men worship it!" He doesn't intend to use so much force with his words, but it's there, almost trying to balance out the blush and his next words with it. "But most people aren't serious about it like that."

"I somehow doubt they did it properly," Reeve counters with a smile, and it's a hungry one. Perhaps he won't be serious about it later, but for right now, he means it. "There's a reason my partners leave satisfied, Rufus. And I intend to have the same for you. But if you don't want that, then it's your right to deny my desire."

He pulls Rufus closer again, still enjoying the grip he has on Rufus's chin. Holding him there, but lifting his head up a bit so he can almost force Rufus to meet his eyes.

"If you don't want to think of it like that, then let me put it this way. Rufus, I haven't been with a man in three years. I won't last if I let you do that. But I do enjoy dragging the act out, edging closer and closer to pleasure and not allowing it because it feels good to be that high that long. And this would give me that chance."

He has a few choice words swirling in his head right now, ones he won't give Reeve since it really isn't the man's fault he's become flustered like this. Honestly, he hadn't expected it. Everything had been going perfectly well, at a level he could stand while still trying to act his usual cool self, and then Tuesti had to say that; yes, he was back to last names in his head while he tried to calm himself.

Anyone else who had said anything of that form certainly had different meanings or desires, and honestly, he hadn't precisely expected such an offer. Perhaps a nice little fuck with some gentleness and consideration paid him, but this? Nope. Definitely not what he was expecting.

He doesn't resist too hard at having his head lifted, but he's certainly still flushed and can only make contact with Reeve's eyes for a moment before darting them away. Honestly, he's an adult, why the hell is he acting like a girl here?

"Do what you want." He mutters finally, glancing at Reeve long enough to assure he's just a tad out of his element, but alright with the idea.

Good thing Reeve didn't hear Rufus comparing himself to a woman, because he would quite happily reserve a lecture for later about how it's perfectly acceptable for men to be vulnerable, off guard, out of their element, and a bit overwhelmed when a partner suggests such things. As it is the affirmation makes him smile.

"Normally when I do this I tend to prefer a way to tie my partner's hands out of the way so they have no choice but to sit back and enjoy themselves, so to speak, but I suppose we'll work with what we've got."

With that Reeve releases his grip on Rufus's chin and instead grips a wrist to tug Rufus forward, leaning him forward so he can steal another kiss. It's got the same searing intensity as when Rufus was pinned against the door, but not nearly long enough to satisfy no doubt. From there he's urging Rufus onto his feet so his fingers can trail down the younger man's torso. Fit in such a lovely way, and he's going to enjoy paying particular attention to the muscle definition later as he works to drag this out. Unless, that is, he manages to get Rufus begging for him to just let Rufus finish already. The thought gets an almost predatory curve to his lips as his fingers continue down. They're slow as they circle the waistband of Rufus's pants, making sure that a finger is always just barely brushing the edge of cloth and skin, a feather touch on hot flesh, firmer on the belt itself until he gets to the buckle.

All of this is about show. About dragging it out. About the way his palm caresses the leather of the belt for a moment as his hands slide back toward Rufus's hips before dragging forward again, finally pulling the extra length of the belt loose and working the buckle open. The slow slide of the belt dragging through loops just to further reinforce the fact that yes, Rufus, you are a gift he is allowing himself, and he's going to take his time unwrapping you. The belt itself is methodically and neatly rolled up and set carefully aside, another motion to distract the eyes, even as his hands refuse to return to Rufus. Only after that is neatly done does he allow the light pressure of his fingers to return. They're quicker with the button, flicking it open and slowly parting the fly there, not even dragging the zipper down. Reeve leans in and down and licks lightly at the exposed bit of skin as his fingers slip just inside Rufus's pants, hands following the same line as they did with the belt, sliding only around the top of the inside of the pants. Slow. Methodical.

There's an advantage of a detail oriented man in your bed. And Reeve intends to make the moments last as long as Rufus can manage to be patient.

At this point in time it was highly unlikely Reeve would get Rufus to agree to any sort of binding. Maybe if, as Reeve had let slip as a suggestion, this wasn't a one off deal he'd get a chance. But that was a maybe that needed no vocalization at this time.

All that was needed now seemed to be allowing the slightly taller man to show off a little, the kiss he gives seeming to be an unintentional code between them that something more is coming; and for now, Rufus seems content to allow whatever Reeve intends.

Which appears to be returning the teasing he had been given, the fingers that found their way across skin earning a small shiver and pull of air. They feel very good, even teasing, and he's watching them move lower very intently.

The belt removed and placed aside, clothes unfastened more, all done so dramatically, and more touch from cool fingers is enough to keep Rufus interested and not complaining, but the teasing coupled with kisses to the skin? Rufus clicks his tongue gently.

"You know more about teasing than I do, don't you?"

Not that this is a true complaint, if the fact his hand has shot out to press gently at Reeve's head, or the fact he's squirming to try and relieve some of the tight feeling at the front of his slacks is any indication.

"I expect so," Reeve agrees, his words whispered against skin as his fingers slide forward again to pull the zipper down only part of the way. "While I fear my body would have no patience for it at this moment, I think yours might. Of course, if at any point you find I was incorrect..."

It's a blatant challenge, and Reeve doesn't have any problems with issuing it. Well, Rufus, are you the sort of person to fail to meet expectations like that? Or perhaps one to rise to the occasion, so to speak? Either way Reeve's not going to let up so easily for a possible double meaning. Without something more explicit he's going to assume that hand on his head is for balance and keep moving on.

Which at this moment means hands repeating their actions from before, slowly skimming around the inside of Rufus's pants, definitely not low enough to provide what is really needed. Enough for Reeve to really appreciate the shape of his hips, however. Meanwhile his lips and tongue occupy themselves at the thin band of skin visible just above Rufus's undergarments. Kisses are just the lightest touch of lips, followed often by the slow, firm drag of a tongue. A tongue that every now and then presses harder so it can slip just under the edge of the elastic waistband to tease at otherwise covered skin.

He keeps going in this manner for a while, fingers exploring what is exposed as he slowly lowers the zipper. Lips and tongue working the same skin over and over, until at last the zipper is down. That warrants a smirk as Reeve pulls his head back and smiles up at the former-President. His hands settle at Rufus's waist and push him back and aside just enough for Reeve to finally move from the bed. To go to his knees before Rufus as he pulls Rufus's pants down toward his feet, still with slow and deliberate motions. He hasn't made a single move yet to remove Rufus's underwear, but from here it's obvious that he's appreciating the way it looks, the waiting bulge he finds there. The man is enjoying himself throughout this process. As much is evident from the way that one of his hands strays to his own length to allow himself a few short strokes as he eyes Rufus appreciatively. Perhaps he enjoys being on his knees in this moment, looking up at Rufus. Given the fact that he wears a smile on par with a self-satisfied cat as he leans in to nuzzle against Rufus's clothed member, it's a good bet that he is.

Of course he would respond with an affirmative. Rufus might be mad, if if wasn't for the fact there's a small part that realizes it's likely good he doesn't know everything, at least in this respect. Despite acting as if he wasn't bothered when he told Reeve that little secret, he does have the sense to know he was robbed of more than a few things due to it.

It's a thought that can be allowed to wait, his hand gripping black hair at that challenge, a little growl from his throat. Does it need to be said that he has patience and self-control? How many years had he waited for his father to die so that could take over? More importantly, can he say anything without sounding ruffled? It's not likely at this moment so he lets his actions speak for him.

Patience is sorely tested, though. Self-control even more, as Rufus realizes that each touch tickles in a pleasantly annoying way that makes him want to squirm to get more pressure applied. But the tongue actually makes him try, especially when it dips inside the band, the hand still on Reeve's head tries to push the man's head further down. He's almost ready to even growl and tell Reeve to hurry up when the man finally seems ready and gets to his knees.

"You're enjoying this too much..." He mutters, bringing a hand up to block another blush coming to his face. "But I haven't lost it yet..."

Don't deny him that blush. Reeve's hand comes up to catch Rufus's hand. The grip is light, clearly meant to be easily broken. He won't hold Rufus against his will. But he does smile.

"I want to see your face like that," Reeve smiles up at him. "Because yes, I am enjoying this. Vastly. I have a feeling you're going to have a starring role in my fantasies for a while. Hope that isn't a problem. But too much? No such thing, Rufus. No such thing."

His goal here is an obvious one, to please Rufus. The thing Rufus hasn't learned is that this is an important part of sharing pleasure with another person. More than that, this is a skill. And Reeve has always been the sort of man who put his everything to getting as good at skills as he could manage. Rufus is in for a treat.

As it is, he feels like he owes Rufus something. Which means, much to his amusement, he has to reach down. These damn shoes are going to keep him from getting those pants the rest of the way off. How crazy is Rufus going to go as Reeve runs a cheek up and down one thigh as his fingers blindly tease shoelaces apart? Probably very. Another reward for him. Still, he doesn't draw this out as much, because yes, he has things he wants too, so once those are done he reaches up and tugs Rufus's underwear down to his ankles. This time he doesn't spare much of a glance. He'll have a chance for that in a moment.

"Lie down for me, Mister President. I need a moment to finish disrobing myself."

No such thing as too much? Really? It seemed Reeve had been getting too much earlier, long time or not, else he wouldn't have stopped the younger man with complaints of 'too fast.' He assumes Reeve would disagree though, and he isn't in any mood to bring it up, besides.

Also, the older man seems to be back at it, teasing as he's busy finishing undressing Rufus. Sadly, what's meant to tease actually earns a small laugh from Rufus as he feels a little bit of the man's facial hair tickle his thigh. Not the most sexy thing, maybe, but Rufus seems to laugh at the oddest things; yet it does stop when Reeve stops and finishes drawing his under things away and makes that request.

"I don't think so, yet." Rufus smirks a little at Reeve, freeing anything the man hasn't managed to as he gets himself comfortable on the bed. He's found a small way to tease back, and if he's going to potentially lose his mind in just a few minutes, he's taking it. "I want to see what I'm getting into, without anything in the way."

"That is the intention," Reeve answers with a warm laugh. Does Rufus think that's teasing? Reeve happily finishes getting his pants and boxers off. And since Rufus wants to get a moment to 'see what he's getting into,' Reeve stands there. Gives the man a smile and tilts his head, good enough? He doesn't mind being eyed, not by a man who has agreed to have sex with him, or who would get that a man like him doesn't get too much of a chance to get as toned as Rufus is. After there has been a moment, he gestures toward the bed. Is he welcome there yet?

Rufus gives himself a good moment to examine Reeve, wondering why it is that he feels a little thrill at something he's certainly seen enough of, on a man he hadn't honestly considered until... when? A month ago, a few months? Another thing to consider, he supposes, later.

Sliding back to where he can be comfortable, Rufus pets the sheet of the bed to indicate Reeve is welcome, laying back slowly like he had been asked to, but careful to keep his eyes on the black-haired man as he does.

Reeve would have been amused to know he had been considered in more than remotely passing. That would be a conversation for another time, if ever. As it is with the permission Reeve joins Rufus on the bed, positioning himself far further down. Clearly he isn't done with the teasing given his lips almost immediately find an ankle to start kissing up the leg. However this phase of teasing is far less drawn out than before. Well, his attention to the ankle at least. He kisses his way slowly up Rufus's leg until he's in a position to slowly spread Rufus's legs enough for him to settle between them, kissing the inside of one thigh and slowly stroking up the other.

And still, no fingers on his length, because Reeve enjoys this part. The build up of heat, of desire, of frustration. He's barely gotten any noises from Rufus yet and that seems like a shame.

The angle, Rufus trying to look down while Reeve is at his feet, isn't great for seeing, but he supposes that it doesn't matter. Sight isn't needed much since he can feel everything just fine, and without the beard tickling, Rufus doesn't laugh at the touches to his thighs, instead squirming again.

When the hand is added to kisses, he still doesn't make much noise, but the draw of breath indicates he likes the feeling.

A breath is still something. Some lovers moan. Some beg. Some shout. And some make breathy little sighs that are arousing in their own rights, because just winning those is worth all the work that has gone in up until this point. And all the work that follows. Long minutes spent kissing up and down the sensitive skin of Rufus's thighs, of fingers following the join of the hip and leg without touching the clearly straining member before him. It's either forever or no time at all before Reeve finally lifts his head from skin to look at Rufus, to truly look.

"As pretty here as everywhere else," he says, leaning in close enough that the words are hot breath on Rufus's length, his lips so close that they almost, almost touch skin. Would if it twitched. "Tell me, Rufus, would it please you to know that I want this? That I am looking forward to swallowing you down? To the point where I think I'd be content with my own hand provided I had the chance to swallow all you have to offer?"

Soon his mouth is going to be too occupied for talk, he's got to get some in now. He shifts so he's less crouching and more lying on his stomach, and yes, Reeve allows himself a moan as his own hard length grinds just a bit against the sheet. Been a while since he was this hard, but he's got control over himself, forces the sensation aside to instead settle himself completely and raise Rufus's right leg to drape over his shoulder. Yes, he was serious about what he intended to do. Shifting himself so he's leaning up just enough to get his mouth near the tip, Reeve smiles. And licks his own lips. With his mouth as close as it is the process means the tip of his tongue gliding very briefly against Rufus. A first taste that did nothing to sate the hunger.

Rufus keeps squirming softly, beginning to feel a bit annoyed at the fact Reeve seems to think continuing this teasing is a good thing; at least he actually did something, even if it took Reeve having to effectively order him to do so. Maybe it would work for him?

Not that he has a chance to try with Reeve breathing on him like that and speaking more embarrassing things, bringing another blush and a small growl from Rufus. "Pervert..."

The growl very quickly changes, and anything else Rufus might think to say or do is cut off when the older man lays down with that moan, and then licks. Not him, not really, but close enough it satisfies the same purpose, almost. Leaving him instead shuddering with a small almost moan, cut off as quick as Reeve's tongue touches and is gone.

Really? Pervert? Hardly, even compared to other people Rufus has slept with. He's sure he can change that opinion. That sound, though. That sound Rufus makes is just too good. Well, he's quite eager to hear that more.

"Well, I'm not going to stop until you tell me. Just so you know," Reeve advises the young man before leaning in.

Even now the teasing continues, this time in the form of light kisses delivered down the length of Rufus's shaft before a firm lick right back up to the tip. Perhaps too much teasing won't be the best idea, though, so from there he wraps his mouth around the tip, sucking lightly. Sucks and rolls his tongue right around the crown.
